What do I really think of Facebook
To be honest, I don't believe in Facebook. Why in the world would anyone want to publicize everything on an online site? Why don't people just pick up the phone and see how their friends are doing? Its so unpersonal to do things that way.
Call me old fashioned if you want, but I question the security of Facebook. When signing up for an account, Facebook, for some unknown reason knew who my friends were - that is scary. I did not agree to release any personal information to them, nor did I agree for them to screen who my email contacts to find my friends.
I have always been anti-Facebook, but I finally signed up one day because my sister could not find the time in her busy schedule to send me pictures of my little niece. So I signed up....I was not impressed. I found that it was hard getting used to the site, but maybe I am just a little slow when it comes to Facebook. Who knows! It took me so long to find things that I felt like it WAS a waste of time.
I should do a poll....do people actually go on Facebook to communicate with their friends or do they use it to fill the time in their day when they have nothing to do? I'm sure most would say the latter.
Who has the time to go online anyways? I certainly don't and can't be bothered. If you want to see how I'm doing, please email me or call me - that is a personal way of communicating with someone you care about.

Wiki
Were you able to find a topic obscure enough that Wikipedia doesn’t cover it? If so, congratulations! If you managed to publish an article, comment on the process.
Who knew Wiki was a website where any Joe Schmoe could add or edit something on Wikipedia? To be honest, I thought it was a company/organization that did this for a living and oddly was able to cover every possible subject.
I wasn't able to find a subject that wasn't already covered by Wiki, but maybe its because I wasn't trying hard enough. ;)
Huh, now I will certainly question the accuracy of Wiki going forward. Who knows if people post accurate data on there?

Delicious
What is Delicious?
Delicious is a social bookmarking web service for storing, sharing, and discovering web bookmarks.
My thoughts on Delicious....
I'd like to think I am fairly computer savy when it comes to technology. I am usually one of the first individuals that friends, family and/or co-workers would go to when it comes to "how do you do this" on the computer?
Taking a look at Delicious, I found it very hard on the eyes - it's simply just TOO busy. I found myself staring and struggling to navigate through this website.
Another drawback was that it was too S-L-O-W! With all the data and content on the website, I found that I had to wait a few minutes (I know, its only a few minutes!, but with the technology these days, we don't normally have to wait a "a few minutes"!! Okay, call me impatient then =O)
It's an attempt to make an online website database which stores and tags web content for easy easy access to specific sites. However, the topics are very limited.
Being a person who likes to do things the quickest, easiest & fastest way...I know that delicious is certainly not the website for me.
